Her almost 20 year professional journey has focused on evangelizing skills as the currency of the labor market and using data and technology to create innovative skills-based hiring and learning solutions for individuals, companies, educators, governments, and initiatives.
Kelly believes we learn skills throughout all our life experiences, not only formal work and education experiences. These life skills (formerly referred to as soft skills) are not only the most sought after by employers, but they also help us as we navigate challenges during our personal and professional journeys. Kelly is committed to empowering individuals to find fulfilling ways to work and live and enabling organizations to build more equitable employment practices.
